"If you like a very firm bed then this is the place for you! Most uncomfortable bed! Check in wasn’t as expected because I must of missed reading about the $100 deposit at check in (refundable too apparently according to online on booking) so that put me in a bad mood again after driving a long time to get there, then I asked what that was for, all I was told was “deposit” no detailed explanation. "

The check-in desk was disheveled with the framed hotel certificates ALL HANGING CROOKEDLY, woid doors faded and worn out, "new" flooring loose and creeking by the elevators, THE ROOM HAD an OLD MUSTY SMELL, the walls were PAPER THIN - able to hear next room guests sneeze as if right next to us, and yhe front desk staff dressed and behaved unprofessionally! NOT what I expected for a Wyndham Hotel! Felt more like a cheap, old-fashioned Motel 6!! Will never again stay at this hotel!! "
