The non-smoking room smelled like smoke, the toilet was dirty, the toilet seat was loose, the tv didn’t work and the breakfast wasn’t even good. I have stayed here for many years but I will look for another place next time.

The excellent and friendly staff made up for a slightly worn hotel, old appliances, sub-par beds, and unhealthy breakfast. It was just --- fine.

The lady at the checkin was very helpful. We went in to the room after checking in and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. We immediately told her and she gave us a clean room that had not been ruined by a previous customer. She was as horrified as we were. This was our second time staying there, and we would stay there again.

Room was a disaster, floors stained to a dark black color, bathtub was yellow from dirt and rust hanging mirror was on the floor, toilet seat was not attached properly. Continental breakfast was a disaster; started by getting orange juice and the orange juice dispensed brown, so of course I ditched any further food experiences. When I checked out the front desk ladies breath was so bad I smelled it as soon as I walked into the front door. Overall experience was disastrous.

I travel with 2 senior cats that are de-clawed and serve as my EARS, as I am totally deaf and cannot hear anything during the night...i.e. Fire, smoke, phone, alerts via door, my cats sleep between my legs and when a sound happens my cats jump and wake me up. The hotel does not charge a pet fee which I totally appreciate it. But the hotel itself is in desperate need for a total renov. The carpet in our room was so Filthy and not cleaned properly in years!! The furniture "chair" the arms are worn down to the stuffing. And was stained, that I didn't even use. The room did not have a clean smell! But an old smell due to the furniture.
