The property is run down and needs updates. The towel bar was broken off the wall and had been for a long time. The room needed painting . The ice machine for the hotel was broken, although the desk clerk they did give ice from their freezer in a storage room. The "breakfast" was minimal. The bed was comfortable and it was convenient off the highway. I wouldnt return, however.

Property had very friendly staff. The room wasn’t the cleanest or well kept up but it did what we needed which was just for sleeping and the beds were decently comfy. The pillows were flat and the ice maker was broken. The pool was nice and warm and clean. The other clientele is where the problem lied- ghetto, blasting music, putting their dog in the pool, and smoking around the pool. The air conditioning worked really well which it was very hot so that’s good.

Clean room. Accommodate’s to customer’s needs efficiently. Friendly staff, very polite, well mannered. Royal treatment from the Royal Inn. amazing job and Great customer care! The rooms are clean, the people who also rent rooms on the property are decent people. I was not worried about my safety. will definitely be returning to stay.

Nice hotel with 3 queen sized beds

Very clean, location was good and the beds were comfortable. It was nice that there was a microwave and mini fridge Negatives— no outlet covers and the door needed to be more secure— my 2 year old grandson could open it with ease

really nice rooms and a good place to stay.The only thing I didn't like is the $50 deposit. I am supposed to get it back. The clerk told me it was due to issues in the past with other guests damaging the unit.

The room was perfect for larger families like ours, with 3 beds in a room. Our room appeared to be recently updated with fresh paint and new flooring. Bathroom appeared updated too except the bath tub. Don’t k ow why you wouldn’t update the tub. A lot of remodeling around the property, and seemed like the construction workers were staying there. Lots of noise from them late at night. Overall, it worked well for what we needed.

Disappointing and dirty room

Property in bad condition. Rooms with boarded windows, pool inoperable, broken outlet covers in the room with stained furniture and appeared housekeeping had not cleaned the room in some time. No toilet paper and articles of clothing from a past guest were left in the closet.
