Bed bugs, second story is about to collapse, toilet flooded

Bed bugs, hair in the bathroom. 2 story was under construction as it was deteriorating and could collapse anytime. Worse of all is the bed bugs! My party and i check in 5 rooms and we all left within an hour to find another stay. Front service guy was disrespectful and think we are lying until we took him to the room and shown the bed bug crawling. Giving another room but giving my other family the same room with the bed bugs!!! We will be disputing to get our refund. Stay away from this place!

The rooms are a decent size which we liked. Other than that, we had to fidget with the dead bolt on our door to lock it, sometimes it would just unlock by itself, don’t think it’s aligned very well…the floors in the room needs to be mopped, our bed sheets felt dirty and we kept finding what looked like dead gnats on our bed. The bathroom sink started draining REALLY slow the day after we checked in. The fridge is not cold at all even on max. And we had a huge ant problem on the dresser and microwave. The place is a little run down, the parking lot could use a re-pave and their pool was totally drained out.

NO breakfast buffet, NO pool open, new floor that smelled like plastic, fan broken in bath, toilet seat broken, gap under door allowing bugs in, no maid service, bedside light broken, tv pulled off wall, exterior under construction. They are remodeling and should not be open for business without disclosing this along with a deep discount

This property is not being properly maintained and the whole second floor appeared to be not in use as there was a boarded up gate in front of the stairs. The window to our room had a crack that had been taped. Very disappointing.

Hotel is run down and has very minimal upkeep. Advertised as having a pool, which they have an empty pool with weeds growing in the bottom. Room was not very clean, mirror was broken, picture was missing, holes in drywall were patched but not repainted, hairs on sheets, coffee maker in room did not work, no such breakfast as advertised, very noisy and could hear whenever water was running in other rooms. Camping in a tent would have been a better choice. Definitely not a place I would stay at again.

Quality inn is Dirty on the outside,Parking lot is crumbling full of potholes. Exterior of the building needs to be replaced. I wish I would have taken a Picture.but, it was getting dark. This Motel should not even be on this site. I question if this place is up to code. Stay at Express Holiday Inn across the street..

The pictures of this property do not represent this property. Itis worst than a flop house in the getto. Quality Inns need to condem this property and Expedia should remove it from thier listings. Dirty, Smelly and nooisy. Almost called the police becauethe front desk refused to answer a 3 hour arguement in the room next to us.

No maid service for 3 days. Weak Wi-Fi. Nice fridge and freezer, microwave, and huge walk in shower with great water pressure. Funny smell in room and outside looks a little run down. Friendly staff.
