「The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They helped us pre-booked the taxi for several trips and responded to our requests very quickly. Ligger veldig sentralt i Pristina by, med gangavstand til det meste av severdigheter, basaren, gågaten, museer, etc. Veldig rent og pent hotell, anbefales! 「A small Botique Hotel managed by staff with big hearts who helped me in several ways to make my visit to Pristina and Kosovo in general as meaningful as possible. The Hotel is conveniently located in the city center some minutes away from Mother Teres pedestrian boulevard and Bill Clinton Boutique. 「The staff did everything possible to correct the booking error not showing on their system. Helped arrange alternative accommodation. But our other accommodation didn't work out, so the staff here orgainsed that we could stay in a room, shared bathroom then move second night into a room with own bathroom as originally booked. Borh at a reasonable low cost. Great service」
