「Needed a room overnight for an event in Plymouth. This hotel was easily located off the highway in an area with lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel was very clean and modern. Rooms were beautiful. Front desk staff very helpful. The fitness center was great .. open 24/7. The free breakfast was very good ! The pool was under construction but the weather was chilly!」

「Breakfast was good. We appreciated a hot meal in the morning. The food at the bar needs to be improved. It was very expensive and the quality was low. Clam chowder was too thick and the cream separated from the soup so we returned it. Waiter was helpful and didn’t charge us for the soup. 」

「The bedding was very uncomfortable the room had a damp musty smell I mentioned it but could not communicate with housekeeping. The rugs need replacement they smelled we will not be booking with Hampton Inn again」

「The rooms were clean and well designed. The shower was really excellent and the bathrooms were also very nice. Kitchen area was good. Our sofa bed was broken so we were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice although it was a hassle to move all of our stuff. Unfortunately the microwave oven didn't work in our new room and our email request for help went unanswered. This was very annoying as we were staying in 1 night to cook and not having a functioning microwave was complicated for us. Many...

「The room was clean and very spacious. However, the hotel was extremely dated and in need of a great deal of repair. Carpeting on all the stairs was storn up and ragged along the edges. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was..... there. The coffee was some of the better hotel coffee in a lobby that I have ever had.」
