"we stayed as couple on vacation at the Octant Douro for 3 nights. it's excellent hotel, one of the best we ever stayed,the spacious and the luxurious rooms, the excellent service of the entire staff, the food at breakfast, the view from every window or place in the hotel is amazing !

"Overall a lovely stay but for over $1,000 a night we expected the service to been better.
+++ excursions (paid additional) were super fun. Did a full day of canyoning which was one of the highlights of our entire Lisbon trip. Super fun and our guide even brought homemade food to us.
++ pool was wonderful but silent so we brought a small speaker and other guests and staff thanked us for adding a nice pool “vibe”
