"The hotel is very clean and looks new. There’s a Costco behind it, along with a shopping plaza. Several restaurants give a discount to hotel guests (see the sign in the elevator for details). Staff are friendly, rooms are comfy and quiet. The area is an interesting mix of small residential houses and retail. Easy to get to from the main road. "

"The multiple staff I met seem to have good intentions, and the sheets and towels were clean. However, the room badly needed dusting from the HVAC unit to lamps to doors. The refillable shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty. The breakfast was nice overall though the coffee was empty and never refilled. "

Couldn't miss them. Really gross. No matter the price point for a hotel, at a minimum you expect clean sheets. I had to run to the car to grab a blanket and wrapped myself up in it to sleep. Had the manager just called me to address this, I wouldn't bother to post. But now I am downright angry. "
