"When I checked in I did not realize I selected an accessible room. So I was put over the front lobby first room. Room 201. In this room you could hear the people sitting outside, the music outside and I was really trying to relax and rest. I asked to have my room moved and was accommodated. Just a warning if that is the type of room you required the windows and walls are thin and you can hear everything from people’s conversations outside to the music being played in the lobby area. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property is nice. Walkable to the restaurant. The weather was decent so lots of people sitting outside near the fireplace. It looks very cozy and comfortable. I did not eat at the restaurant, so I can’t comment on the food or drinks. The vibe was nice as a passer by. "

"The staff were super friendly and helpful! The room itself was nice...sure, the property could use a little TLC here and there, but overall it was great. You’d really have to nitpick to find much to complain about. The location was perfect, close to everything, and the breakfast was delicious. The only thing I noticed is that it seems like anyone could enter through the side entrances. There are cameras around, and I didn’t notice any issues, but coming from NYC, that stood out to me a bit. Otherwise, the place had all the accommodations you’d need, and the welcome gift bag was such a thoughtful touch! I would definitely stay here again. "

"This is a timeshare property near ski slopes. Restaurant was very good. Had we known, we would have brought a few groceries with us, as the room has a kitchenette. "

"My daughter & I wanted to visit Skaneateles. Nightshade was just a 10-15 minute drive. Looks like 1950s motel from the road, but very cute, clean & well kept. Our room was as nice or even nicer than some upscale, expensive places I’ve stayed. Very clean, sleek & stylish. The bathroom was gorgeous! Looked recently remodeled. There was bottled water & bowls of snacks & fresh fruit in our room, which I thought was a very nice touch. Coffee, tea, fruit & pastries were available each morning in the office. The owner, Sing, was very friendly & accomodating. I will definitely stay here again when visiting the area."

"Although we did not use the kitchen facilities all of the necessary items were available. Our only disappointment was that the pillows were too soft! Otherwise, our stay was wonderful. Good location. Easy walk to many restaurants. "
