"Property was very dirty, and you can tell that the cleaners do not move objects. Our first room had the most awful stench - our room smelled like actual sewage. Staff was friendly and helpful, but we were not impressed by our overall stay."

"A wonderful and spacious apartment at an excellent location in Paris! Everything is amazing including the breakfast basket every morning. Clean and friendly staff, very responsive! The only issue I had was the fact that sometimes I got different answers depending on which staff responded to my text, so I got mixed information sometimes. Overall, a great stay!"

"My stay was disappointing from start to finish. The room was very outdated, and we even found a roach. Staff members weren’t particularly helpful, and the worst part was being told I’d need to pay more because the rate I booked “wasn’t correct.” That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Never coming here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone."

"The hotel location was outside of Paris but it was steps away from the Metro station which made it super easy to get around Paris. The room was very nice and spacious. The staff was great in person but every time we tried to call the front desk from our room, no one answered the phone. It was annoying because we would have to physically go downstairs to talk to them. That is our biggest complaint otherwise the stay there was wonderful."

"We were given a room that was freshly refurbished and smelled of paint which was not great. The staff were courteous to change it immediately on our request. The new room was good but in serious need of repair with wet patches in the ceiling in the bathroom and woodwork completely peeling. On the first day, housekeeping did not clean the room and despite two reminders, it wasn’t cleaned when we came back to the room post dinner. It was then cleaned after we went to the manager. Overall, the hotel is in a great location, the staff is nice but due to the points mentioned above, I wouldn’t stay here again."

"The obvious Lake is at the location of the Eiffel Tower. We thought we had a balcony room and for the price, I would expect balcony room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The safe didn’t work and they said someone to come to fix it but as far as I know no one ever did. The soap and the shower didn’t work and for a short period of time we lost electricity. They came to fix it, but when we opened the door, the lights came back on. Great to have the TAXi stand so close by."
