「The restaurant was good ,decor was lovely Staff very friendly Breakfast fantastic ,one of the best I have had Room very basic ,but clean .Maybe not all rooms are the same ,we were room 3. Nice touch with tea coffee and biscuits in room Bathroom very good size Bed was uncomfortable Main issue was no sleep from noise from M6 Needs better double glazing Lovely area to walk along canal after breakfast Real downside ,no sleep」

「From check in to check out the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. In fact, from when you pull into the car park you get the feeling it’s a special place. The building is a beautifully well maintained old building with some rather stunning modern extras. The room we had was spacious and beautifully presented, with a very comfy bed! 「Ran by a wonderful couple who are really friendly and accommodating. The lodge is in a beautiful location and the facilities and room are lovely. Breakfast was included and we were asked beforehand what we wanted so it would be ready for the time we requested. And it tasted wonderful. Me and my girlfriend have visited here twice now and I'd greatly recommend a stay here.」
