"We were not made aware when booking that the pool and hot tub were out of service. That was a big part of our plans for our kids. We had to stay one night because everywhere else was completely booked. But they kindly allowed us to cancel our remaining 2 nights and switched hotels. Was a pain switching, but the hotel we switched to was so worth it."

"Check in staff were polite and courteous. It would have been nice if they had told me at check in that there was a “Boil Water Advisory “ at the front desk rather than finding a letter on the counter in the room and no bottled water in the room for at least brushing my teeth. There was however bottled water in the main lobby. The “Boil Water Advisory” was lifted 6 hours after we checked in The rooms were very clean and quiet. We did not use any other facilities in the hotel as we had prior commitments. "

"They tried to forcibly enter my room after I fell asleep in a completely dry bathroom, that being the only thing that would ease my nausea. They cited water in the vents but there were no vents on the floor in the bathroom. Don't turn on the air conditioning or else these clowns will send someone to break in to your room, should another customer complain about being cold."

"We find this very nice place to stay. There's lots of space. There's a kitchenette. And it's very quiet. The staff are very nice"

"The staff were very friendly, check in was great however my room was in dire need of renovations. Evidence of water damage everywhere in the room, walls and ceilings discoloured, bubbled and paint damaged. The tub was rust stained and missing tiles, the loose tub stopper on the side of the tub was black. No seals on the door, you could see light through to the hallway and my door latch had a hole in it on the outside. The smoke alarm was hanging by its wires. I would never return."

"Holes in sheets, dirty towels, bathtub didn’t drain,! Hair on a pillow and a fingernail on the floor! Hard to believe all of this, but all truthful. Room.#215. When mentioned to front clerk was told there were three new cleaning staff that he would speak to. Reassured we would get 10% off on our next stay there will definitely another!"
