「Breakfast: juice machine didn’t work, so no juice, no apologies.Hotel was dirty and run down Everywhere. Super 8 has done it’s time. You can stay there, but cannot give one reason why you would.」

「The rooms did not have any towels or washcloths. There was insufficient staff available to help with that issue. Only 1 person was on duty, they had to check in new guests, provide towels and washcloths, answer other technology questions, fixtures in the room did not work, some of the electrical plugs did not work, it was not good.」
