「The room seemed clean. It was very chilly and has a very loud heater to get it up to temperature. There were no clothes hangers at all. It had a coffee machine but no plug in near it. The room was quite dark and there was a shortage of plug ins. An extra blanker would have been nice. It was nice to have a small fridge in the room」

「Very nice room. All new interior. A bit tight in the bathroom/ shower. Our second stay here. The price is right and it’s a clean place to stay. We’ll be back. 」

「Great staff. We checked in at one am and the gentleman at the desk was very helpful. Amazing restaurants and area. I would suggest avoiding a room next to the pool though. It was horribly loud.」

「This property needs a major overhaul. The staff was kind and accommodating but the building itself is in poor condition. Screens on the windows were worn and many coming apart, bathroom was outdated, and the smell of the room was very unpleasant. I felt they were masking or covering up a very bad odor it came across as overbearing to the point our clothes smelled like it in the morning. Disappointing, again polite staff but room.....not so good.」

「It’s your typical Comfort Inn We were there for several days and to explore the bike trails. Location good for what we were doing. We requested cleaning service daily because we knew we would need fresh towels etc -when we returned hot & dirty we didn’t have fresh towels or shampoo/conditioner so had to call down for someone to bring them up then we requested cleaning service again and they finally got it right. Wish hotel would acknowledge membership even if you book thru 3rd party that’s lame...

「We stayed on the MainStay Suites side. The room itself was pretty good - had been remodeled somewhat recently and the bed was clean and comfortable. Our sofa had some stuff on it and our bathroom ceiling had mold on it, so that was unsettling. Staff was pleasant at check in and check out.」

「The shampoo ran out, our request for a few extra towels was denied (we stayed 2 nights, and we’re a larger than average family), breakfast was fine, and the place was very hard to find. (We had to circle around 3 times to find the turn - the sign was not very visible.」
