「Siamo stati accolti cordialmente e accompagnati in camera. La struttura era stupenda, pulita e accogliente. La posizione è ottimale, totalmente centrale e ben collegata. Consiglio il soggiorno, assolutamente!! 」

「我們已經係第二次入住這裡，房間大係首選，而且十分整潔，wifi良好，我們很滿意。不過價錢略貴，包簡單早餐(一個麵包和咖啡和橙汁)，入住時有接待，之後要小心保管好房咭和大門鎖匙，這裡不是酒店係民宿，不然就要等1小時找民宿主人回來開門啦！ 這裡只係6間房，比較安靜，走廊外有免費咖啡和意大利檸檬和冰，隨時可以自制飲品非常好 ! 去五漁村玩住這裡係十分方便，去火車站只需5-7分鐘，如果再來玩會考慮再入住 ! 」

「Very poor communication, did not hear from anyone up until about 5 minutes before checking. We had no where to go with our luggage and ended up paying for someone to watch it so we didn't have to pull it all over. The stairs to the room were very narrow and unsafe especially at night when you could only put a light on at the beginning of the climb so we had to use our cellphone to shine the flashlight in order to see anything! 「It is a very nice B & B. The room is clear. It also let us have more outdoor space to enjoy slient and moon night. It is suitable for someone who like to . However, it is train from La Spezia station to S. Strefano Magra station after 9:00pm. It is more suitable for travelers with cat.」
