「I loved my stay there! It’s right on the beach and restaurants and bars are next door!! I would go back!」

「I checked in and found that the hot water and WiFi were not working in the unit. Contacted the host. Said they would send people up to fix it. Maintenance never came. Thinking it was maybe a little late contacted him again the next day with no response. Asked for a partial refund which was refused by the host. Unit also had a few other inconveniences. A broken chair at your 4 person seating area on balcony. Overall a nice place if they can get the place fixed. Both bathroom shower heads were...

「The hotel and staff was great. However, when I arrived at the airport 11pm in the night, the driver wasn't there for the agreed time, it was raining, I don't speak spanish (the country main language) so I was left a bit stranded. The hotel staff was helpful but only for the ways they stand to benefit, their recommendations was the most expensive way out. My stay there was overall a great one. The breakfast was so delicious especially the juices.」

「Very nice hotel, friendly staff, l love the beach, it is like a natural pool, the spa staff and the bartender by the buffet bar were super kind, we really had a relaxing time, and only 12 min from the airport is a plus, the only thing to improve will be more food options for the buffet, definitely we’ll come back. 」
