"There were technological issues with the keys on the first day and then with the reservation system on the last day. In addition, you have reserve restaurants at least 24 hours prior. For example, we arrived on Monday and had to wait until midnight to reserve for Wednesday since the cutoff for Tuesday was Sunday night at midnight. Also the resort credits we received were $651/per room. Their use came with restrictions that actual united their use. Bottom line, we didn’t even use them. Overall the place was a good stay, but the areas of improvement are listed above."
