「We recently stayed at Baymont by Wyndham Coeur D’Alene and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The hotel did not feel clean overall. The floors and carpets were dirty, and the room did not appear to be properly maintained before our arrival. We also did not have enough toilet paper or towels in the room, which was inconvenient and frustrating.
In addition, the customer service was not very helpful or welcoming when we brought up concerns. We understand hotels can get busy, but basic...
