"This property was a brilliant get away and lived up to all expectations and beyond would definitely recommend and we will be definitely better returning in the future "
"Welcoming and professional helpful staff. I've stayed at a couple of premiere inns and this one was by far the best. Not only was the layout really good and facilities not just rescrited to the rooms but overall design spacious. "
"We were in Cardiff for a concert. It is a fun event city. We likened the downtown atmosphere to the Fremont Street of the U.K.
The city center has the train station, shopping, dining and nightlife, all within walking or Uber distance of Novotel.
This historic hotel has a great aesthetic, fantastic food, friendly staff and nice, clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again!"

Top Cardiff International Sports Village Hotel Reviews
"Lovely check in by the staff late at night and they were very kind and offered me a chair as they could see I was struggling after competing in an event."
"The apartment is in a residential block with lovely views either side. It’s a quiet area and lush to look out onto the river, particularly in the morning at sunrise.
The property could do with some improvements- a small dishwasher (instead of a washing machine) would be super useful. The kitchen cooking equipment (trays, pans) were a bit tired, scratched and could do with replacement. Also some of the cutlery wasn’t clean, there was not many water glasses and the freezer wasn’t cleaned properly. No bin bags were left in the bathrooms. The WiFi details provided in the online guide did not match up to the WiFi box. Finally, the beds could do with a new mattress as we could feel the springs. These improvements would make a real difference to an otherwise lovely flat. "
