Good location and comfortable room

The room is really comfortable. Service is great. Location is excellent as Cardiff is quite small. 10 min walk to Central Railway Station and 30 min walk to Cardiff Bay or Cardiff Stadium. It is just next to few shopping malls as well. The wifi is free in ibis but it is weak and slow. The price is fair.

cheap, cheerful and above average

This hotel was cheap, cheerful and above average for a budget hotel. The reception was modern, the rooms were a bit sparse, the bed was fine, the place was clean. The bar was ok with a small selection of drinks and the food looked ok. We would stay here again. A bonus was it was in walking distance to all the major attractions of Cardiff downtown area.

Dirty, smelly and noisy. Blood on the bathroom door. Sheets looked unchanged. Walked out and left after 20 minutes. Good enough for students and drunk people, I guess.
