「The host greeted us on arrival and was very welcoming and friendly; assuring us that if we needed anything further to let her know. It was very well equipped: fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster, not forgetting a jug of fresh milk. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Good sized rooms, beds were so comforable. Very impressed there was an iron and ironing board! Staff were all really friendly and approachable. Breakfast was good! One thing that I might add is a shower cap in the bathrooms as the shower is a rainfall shower. I struggled to get into the shower, turn it on and not get my hair wet! 」

「Very spacious and comfortable room, the bed was huge! Lovely and cosy. This is a very traditional grand hotel in the centre of Chester and was beautifully decked out for Christmas, the level of service was top notch, though we were only there for one night we were very well looked after. The carpark with direct access to the hotel was a bonus as was the complimentary continental breakfast, which was delicious and very generous. 」
