Bonjour, Nous sommes venus passer un court week-end à Carcassonne en couple. Nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi bien chauffé mais pas de buses de massages, seulement les bulles; la chambre était très bien aménagée mais un peu sombre malgré une chouette petite terrasse! Les joints de la salle de bains ont un peu vieilli. Le petit-déjeuner optionnel était très garni et pour tous les goûts, rien à redire! Le personnel est très chaleureux, connait bien son métier, bravo! Ce sera avec plaisir que nous retournerons séjourner à l'hôtel Montmorency ! MG&JC.

The staff were great during check-in and at the bar. The room we selected was exceptionally small.

Stunning location and perfectly placed
Stunning location and perfectly located. Breakfast v good and pool just what was needed to cool down. Staff lovely but not enough of them so service was a bit slow.

Hotel vraiment wow ! Petit 5 a 7 très plaisant. Leur vin maison etait tout simplement excellent ! A 30 secondes a pied de la cité médiévale.

Great hotel, tiny bathroom
Lovely hotel with great facilities and really helpful staff. However some of the bathrooms were tiny, you had to get into the shower sideways and manoeuvre around the sink to sit on the toilet. The standard varied too, there were 8 in our group and some had decking and others not.

Plus: Perfekt läge! Privat parkering Stora rum (trippelrum med både dusch och badkar). Tyst på rummet. Trevlig trädgård där frukost serveras. Poolområde. Spa. Vänlig personal. Lyxiga amenities som badsalt och balsam. Trevligt med serverad frukost. Minus: På olika nivåer. Ej hiss. Opraktiskt med tungt bagage eller barnvagn. Be i så fall om rum i gatuplan. En ända nyckel till rummet. Ej digital. Begränsat utbud till frukost: fråga vad som ingår. Ni kanske blir jättenöjda. Ingen minibar på rummet. Opraktiskt om man har mediciner att kyla men det går förstås att lämna in i receptionen.

Excellent property on every level - authentic French style and quality . Staff are so professional, breakfast and lunch at the property was delicious. Outdoor seating and pool area is beautifully maintained and the gardens are idyllic . Perfect location to explore Carcassonne and the surrounding areas
