「Bonjour, Je souhaite partager ma déception concernant ma réservation dans votre établissement. À l’arrivée, j’ai apprécié le bonjour d’une personne à l’entrée, mais dès l’enregistrement, j’ai constaté l’absence de véritable réception et de professionnalisme. L’expérience a vite confirmé un grand décalage entre vos photos et la réalité. La chambre présentait de l’humidité sur les murs, une odeur désagréable, des draps sales dont un rangé souillé dans le placard, et même des cafards morts au sol....

「The grounds are beautiful and the staff is so kind and accommodating. We were there at the end of the rainy season so did not enjoy the pool. However, when the warmer pool was not warm, the staff quickly called for the repair and we were able to enjoy it the next day. Our driver Agus was fantastic. He really made our entire experience so much better. 」

「Everything about the stay was amazing! From the all-star staff to the spotless villa, I was beyond impressed with the quality of the resort (villa, grounds, food, staff, service, etc) for the money. The included breakfast was to die for... definitely get the pancakes! If back in Sideman, I will be at Pelangi. 」
