"Worst experience with expedia."

"Room and view were good. Only a very few of staff were pleasant, rest were moody and uncaring of their job. A shout out to Elsa and Dominique for their service. the entire stay was disappointing. Only 3 umbrellas at the pool and maybe 5 at the beach. Not enough lounge chairs at the beach maybe 15 and not many more at pool. this is poor considering the amount of people staying. You would have to wait and lunge for a chair as people got up to leave. Waited over 30 minutes to receive our drink order at bar asked waitress and said that they will get around to it..We left..... similar attitudes throughout resort. Front desk staff was miserable, didn't acknowledge you when approached and they rolled their eyes and looked at you as though you were an inconvenience. Outstanding service was received by Elsa, front desk when checking out, Dominique, waitstaff at breakfast, Dave, shuttle driver. Would not return and would advise others the same."

"The room was lovely and so beautifully appointed. We loved the crashing waves and our view. What a spot! The staff is so friendly and helpful, filling our few requests on the spot. Being a few steps from Ama was a major perk. Couldn’t have been better. "
