"The hotel is faultless for your needs on a city break to Napoli. Very clean and staff are excellent.
The position is good for a very busy city, a bit tricky to find at first but the parking is very handy in this area of the city. Many thanks to Vincenzo and Bella for a memorable stay."

"Location is very convenient and is close to both the train station, and the older parts of the city. Breakfast spot was nearby and had good food and service. Stefano was very communicative and friendly. However, the room had a very strong smell of cigarettes that took days to dissipate, and we couldn't air it our by opening the windows when we got back because of the noise and the mosquitos. The shower was very tiny and the mattresses were very wobbly and a little uncomfortable. "

"The staff were very friendly & helpful.
The hotel is very well placed for the main train station and the ferries, with plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. My room and the reception areas were clean."

"What a convenient spot! Tricky to find-- go to the big brown doors- there is only a small sign ...walk through then up the stairs!! Great balcony looking over the garibaldi square! Great place to stay in Naples!"

"I have stayed in hostels across more than seven countries, and CX Naples Centrale is by far the best hostel experience I've had.
The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made it easy for me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient for sightseeing around Naples.
I was especially impressed by their assistance when my locker lock malfunctioned and I couldn't open it. The staff responded quickly, solved the problem professionally, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free.
The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the level of customer service truly stood out. I would highly recommend CX Naples Centrale to anyone visiting Naples and would gladly stay here again."
"Stayed here because of proximity to the NAP airport. Turns out it is about a 15 minute walk, which it was fine for me since I was traveling with only a backpack. Taxi is about €20+ euros for a couple miles drive so beware. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they were there for me when I also needed help with the A/C unit. There’s a bar on property that was open until 11pm and they recommended a pizza delivery service which was delicious and speedy. This is not in a walkable area with bars/shops/restaurants, and I’d be cautious in walking to the airport during day. The hotel served the purpose of a very clean room and “convenience “ to the airport. Given that there aren’t many options in the area, I would stay again if I had an early morning flight like I did this time. Price seemed higher than it should be for the quality of the beds and local economy, but hey…. They’re close to the airport."
