"We were surprised to see cracked floor tile in the room, the bathroom had water damage and they painted over wall paper to cover it, the a/c was programes to go up in temperature every night, it was so bad that I had to wake up a 5:00am each day to lower the temperature and the worst part was when these issues were brought up management of the facility was totally unwilling to help or offer any type of credit. Do not stay at this place."

"Every morning they had a different variety of breakfast foods to choose from. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help if needed. We used the hot tub almost every night after a long day at the beaches and it felt wonderful and was very clean."

"We arrived at 11:30 am which is too early to check in. However, we were able to get our room at that time. Unfortunately, the room had not been cleaned properly especially the bathroom which was gross. Staff was very responsive and offered to change the room or clean it again. As we had already unpacked (done before discovering the bathroom issue) we opted to keep the room. We were comped all breakfasts and parking for the duration of our stay (10 days). Hotel staff was great during our stay."

"The checkin was only 1 hour long. Way too short. There were dead bugs all over the pillow and blankets. When the front office was told of this-they stated thwere was bug spray there and to just "brush off" the dead bugs. Totally unacceptable."

"Wasn't able to use the hot tub or the "quiet pool." Rooms were outdated and mattress in our room were really old. Curtains needed to be cleaned bad and had stains all over them. Dresser smelled really bad, so I couldn't put my clothes in it. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors, windows were really clea. It was nice that the room had stuff to play in the pool, sand toys for kids, and sunblock. "
