"Great locations and excellent customer service but the rooms need to be cleaned and light bulbs replaced and spa bath cleaned. The mattress is very hard to sleep on and in a queen room the doona cover was the size of a double bed, making it cold. The breakfast was ok but a toaster would be great for those who just want toast and a coffee. Accommodation would be excellent if the hotel just invested a bit of time in repairing the rooms. 3 stars from me"

"We had an incredible stay at Divan Cave House, even though we arrived quite late. The staff were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home straight away. The only small downside was that the terrace wasn’t open later in the evening for a drink, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We woke up early to visit Lovers Hill and came back to a sensational breakfast — a fantastic spread of fresh fruit, a great selection of options, and everything cooked really well. The staff were consistently helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. The rooms were fantastic — clean, tidy, and very well organised. The whole setup of the hotel is impressive. If I had to mention one minor improvement, it would be having a bit of milk available for the coffee station. Overall, I can’t speak highly enough of this place. A strong 9/10 for me."
