「Fantastic view of the Ortahisar Castle from the hotel. 10 min uphill walk (not on google maps) to Ortahisar town center with ATMs, restaurants, markets, a car rental place and to climb the castle. Hotel will arrange airport drop off/pick up and activities for you Do not over-do cave dwelling - one night is enough if you have to. Do not use the meal delivery service. 」

「Great hotel in the centre of the city. We had family room with small patio area. You can see air balloons at 5am from patio. It is carved in the cave - absolutely gorgeous. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was great. Only small improvement i can suggest - better shampoo and conditioner and dispenser thst did not work in our room. 「The location is fantastic where you can see the balloon flying in the morning and enjoy both sun rise and sunset. overall facilities are good and the staff there is helpful. Be advised that the hotel is quite far away from the downtown, where it takes at least 8 mins driving. Despite there is restaurant nearby, still recommend to rent a car if you choose to stay there as there is plenty of parking area.
