「The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed, at such an affordable price! The staff members were friendly and helpful. Great location for getting to the Grand Mesa, where we spent the day. The breakfast serving area was rather small and chaotic, with ok food (but we were glad to have it included)—otherwise everything was excellent and we will return and recommend to our friends.」

「For a roadside motel this was above average, but not worthy of the rave reviews that brought me to stay here. It appears to be more of a bicyclists overnight stop. There is no early check-in unless you count the 30 minutes if you register yourself online. Staff arrived promptly at 3:30. For unknown reasons we were given a room with a swivel-in seat in the bathtub (like the one my 93 year old mother uses.) I took it out and used it as a luggage rack. The bathroom had one very small shelf above...

「The woman who runs the inn is very nice but the place is dated and the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. There is also no sitting room as you’d expect in an inn no housekeeping and your breakfast is at 8:00 or 8:30. No sleeping in.」

「Pros: Enjoyed a cocktail at the reception desk, a really nice experience after a long drive. Nice location, easy walking distance to town. Good Mexican food at Felix’s. Mattress, towels, linens, soap, shampoo etc all high-quality. Great light but satisfying breakfast: yogurt parfait, good coffee. Cons: Receptionist was efficient though not terribly friendly. Air conditioner was noisy enough that it affected our sleep. It’s something I mentioned to the owners via a text that they never responded...

「Great if you don't mind a no contact check in, smaller rooms but in a great area Grand Junction within walking distance of a lot. Really great rooms that feel much different than your typical corporate chain hotel. Sadly I was not able to visit the attached cocktail lounge that looked excellent.」

「Everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC was quiet. They have a great hot breakfast in addition to the regular choices.」

「Breakfast could use some protein but it was better than just pastries and coffee. AC was good, comfortable bed, a good place for a stay on a road trip.」

「This boutique motel is the perfect place to plan your visit to Palisade around. The hosts are great. The rooms are fresh and spotless. The backside of the property gives you great views and added space to sit out and enjoy a coffee in the morning or an end of day beverage. There’s nothing I would change. This was my second stay here and it will not be my last.」
