「This is our 4th stay at IBIS Garena and we are never disappointed. Helpful, friendly staff always happy to help, comfortable beds and lovely breakfast. Free parking a bonus with covered section if you're early. 「Location is far. The reception for checking in was not in welcome mood. We booked 3 persons room. It's not bad, clean and nice view. But the towel handle is broken. NO kettle is provided😟 and the fridge is broken down. Another reception came (luckily the checked-in one is off duty) to checking. David upgraded us to the suite room after our negotiation.
