「Was told when we arrived there at about 7.15 on Sat. 29 Sept that my Booking was NOT for the 29 and 30 but for 30 and 31. They were totally booked for the 29 and there was nothing that could be done she put me in contact with a motel in Port Douglas at $45 above what the booking . I was told to cancel the booking, and I would get my money back from the agent. I will start by getting in contact with the agent.」

「The Reef Hotel is a three level building WITHOUT elevators so you have to carry your own luggage up the three flights of stairs. The WiFi connection in the room did not work. The staff said they could not fix it for the two days I stayed there. Inside the room there were small ants around the bathroom sink. The room was not cleaned and bed not made for the second day of my stay. The hotel staff was not helpful on any of my concerns.」
