Perfect location, amazing staff

The waterfront is an amazing place to stay in Cape Town. The staff is amazing, the security is super secure, it’s easy walking to the Waterfront and the Hop On, Hop Off bus. It’s one of my favorite places to stay!

My husband and I traveled with friends. We liked the spacious accommodations. The one bedroom unit was cleaned daily and had all of the conveniences of home. The location, options for food, shopping, mall entertainment, and accessibility to transportation was wonderful. The marina area was a great place to stay.

Waterfront Village

Most amazing location with views of the canal, table Mountain or the V&A waterfront. This is the best location in Cape Town. You are seconds away from shops, restaurants and the Mail tourist attractions are all accessible from this location.

Excellent location tired apartment

Central location to waterfront, excellent security, nice views. Apartment needs some improvements- leaky shower flooded bathroom each time so had to mop up the floor constantly, cigarette burns in the curtains, awkward blinds. Would stay again but not in that particular apartment.

Very secure and safe accommodation. The location and waterfront is amazing. Easy to walk everywhere and the multiple pools/ gym are great. Alot of very strict rules to follow for the bylaws.

Outstanding accommodation Waterfront Cape Town

The apartments in the Waterfront Village are exceptional and the perfect place to stay in Cape Town. Safe, comfortable, quiet, clean and spacious apartment in a gated community; parking spaces available; exceptionally helpful staff; five minutes safe walk to the waterfront with a myriad of restaurants and shops; host of different tour boats available within walking distance ... all against the backdrop of Table Mountain.

Spotless and all around excellent apartment

Spotless apartment overlooking the marina. Short walk to V&A shops and the countless outstanding restaurants. Excellent location. Check-in after 3pm might be a bit challenging so get written directions in advance so your taxi can go to the right location for you to check-in 24/7. Very friendly everywhere.

Accomodation not to miss.

We would definately stay here again. The apartment was well furnished and was daily serviced. It was very clean and had a great view from the balcony. About a 10 minute walk to the centre of the V and A where a vast amount of restaurants and shops can be found. Check in was good, friendly staff who explained everything to us about the apartment and places to go. Limited check in time a little difficult as our flight didn't arrive until 9.30.pm so had to stay at another hotel for a night. Bathroom needed a bit of attention. Tiles on the bathside and bath pitted!

Lovely apartments, great location

Beautiful location, very well maintained grounds and apartment itself was in great condition with everything needed. The only gripe was that Hotels.com directions take you to the MindPearl building which used to house the admin, on the other side of the complex. Having asked a security guard where we were supposed to go, we drove round and got into the complex but were then left with a bit of a struggle to find reception. Once there everything was good! The short walk into the V&A along the water was lovely and there are great views wherever you look.

We booked a standard 2 bed apartment as that was all that was available. There was air conditioning in both bedrooms and lounge, function kitchen, washing machine and tumble drier. The second bedroom was small, just one bedside table, en-suite had no shower, bed small. It was ok, but missed things to make it comfortable, cushions, rugs etc. the cleaners were very good and all the staff friendly, felt very safe. Would stay in area again but book lawhill apartments, they looked much nicer.

They really need to sort out their check in process- very ambiguous building not clear to find . However, once we explained we had limited time as returning our car they did help us. Apartment was spacious, great to have a washing machine and driver . Felt very safe here . It is the only place I felt comfortable running on my own during our stay in South Africa. The resort is in a gated apartment complex and it is easy to run 1 mile loop around the edges. Easy access to v & a waterfront which was very safe . I would recommend staying here as base . Great choice of pools - compared to any where we stayed in western cape . They keep the gardens and pools exceptionally clean and maintained. The apartment is fully serviced and we had somebody that came in each day and did the washing up and made the bed which was surprising as normally in an apartment you have entry and exit clean was a nice touch

The property is a self catering property in the popular V&A district in a beautiful estate. It’s a pity the unit I stayed in had a lot of delayed maintenance, no comfortable seating. Appliances (TVs & refrigerator) need attention, bathroom extractor fan not working. The pictures on the platform are not a good reflection of the unit assigned. I would suggest that exact pictures of the unit booked be shown on the platform to about bait and switching to clients. I booked a room with a comfortable sectional in the couch and got an apartment with an old uncomfortable couch. I requested a room change , but was not reallocated to a better unit.

The property had stunning views from the back deck. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and had all the facilities we required except the coffee machine did not have any pods provided which was a bit disappointing. We couldn't open the directions link to the property and therefore found the property exceptionally difficult to find. We recommend you putting the directions in text inside the original email rather than a link. We also found the check-in process exceptionally lengthy and disjointed. We understand the need for the security but believe if the staff were better trained, it would have taken 10 minutes instead of 45. After a long trip from Australia and difficulty find the property, a lengthy check in process was frustrating and unnecessary. Everything else was lovely, particularly the cleanliness of the property and surrounds including the beautiful canal.

This is a very beautiful property within walking distance to the waterfront. It is very safe and it’s almost a park like environment. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to friends and family.
