La propiedad esta increíble, el campo de golf se ve impecable, lo que si es muy molesto como huesped es tenerte que registrate todos los días al ingresar al Country y sobre todo hay una oficial que se llama Jonas que es muy despota. jamas me volveria a quedar ahi!!!

Spent four wonderful days at Pearl Valley, the hotel is very close to Paarl and Franschhoek in the wine district. The rooms were excellent, very comfortable beds and kitchen facilities.Large balcony with great views of the golf course. Very secure / safe site, brilliant walking /running / cycling routes around the Estate Delicious food however the service in the restaurant was slow and sometimes they forgot your order, this was the only negative, staff need training and better management. Overall staff were very pleasant and helpful, For golfers the condition of the course is disappointing, especially the greens which were full of pitch marks.

Gorgeous facility but minor bugs

The hotel is gorgeous same is the area. The service was ok, people tried very hard, but there were some bugs along the way like, forgetting a babycot and it took 5 hours to put it up, going for sushi at 19:30 and the tuna fish is already done, pool was not cleaned two days in a row. The staff was understanding and helpful. The breakfast is kind of weird, there is a buffet but without bread cheese butter or any vegetebales, you have to ask for it to the table. But if you don’t know that this is possible? You will stay with a minor small buffet without even bread.

Nice stay- still some work to be done

Lovely stay in newly built apartment suites. The main building is not yet fully geared up to deal with the hotel and the availability of attractions was not clear! Eg. My brother was told golf and accommodation was full to find it definitely was not- the female manager needs to not make customers feel like we were doing her a favor to be there.
