Excellent Guest House is a real gem in the suburbs. The landscaping offers a tranquility about it ; making for a wonderfully relaxed environment. The decor is tasteful and superbly laid out. My home from home. Thank for a great stay.

Quiet suburban location. No stores or restaurants. Modt tour companies force you to take an Uber to go downtown to a pick up point.

The guesthouse was amazing. My check in was just before midnight as the flight arrived late. They were ready for me and very welcoming. Attending to my every need. They had generators for the power outage caused by load shedding. The water in the shower was lukewarm and not hot, but to run a hot water system on a generator is not viable.

Property was secure and safe. Excellent service and superfriendly staff. Knowlegdable and helpful.. No puplic bus service. (not recommended anyway). Get Uber account right away at MTN in Tygervalley mall., 10 min by Uber ca $ 5. Mall has everything. Serves breakfast only

Apenas não conseguimos usar o restaurante para jantar pois ele necessita de reserva no café da manhã, mas não estavamos lá neste horário. Não gostei dessa política. No mais a estadia foi boa. O quarto era bom e confortável.

A gem in the suburbs.

This is a gem in the middle of a suburb. We did not expect it to be so good. Exactly like in the photographs. A great place to stay and I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Cape Town.

Just Outside of Cape Town

Excellent Guest House was just as exceptional as the management and staff were pleasant. The accomodations and location were perfect for our trip to the Cape. Within an hours drive from a number of golf courses, 15 minutes to downtown Cape Town and wine country, we couldn't have asked for anything more convenient for our trip. I highly recommend Excellent Guest House for your stay in Cape Town.
