PLEASE STAY AWAY from this Property. Very disappointed with the property .Pictures shown on Expedia are not for this unit . No balcony and very limited ocean view from inside the apartment. Big issues was with no electricity for 2-4 hours every day. Those load shredding happens either morning 6-8:30 or night 8-12 .property owner suppose keep some kind of globes in apartment during power cuts to give some lighting but none of them are available in this unit . Owner was non responsive most of the time .

Apartamento perfeito...super bem equipado.Bem localizado.O unico incoveniente é que nao tem recepção e tinhamos marcado um horario para chegar e quando chegamos não tinha ninguem.Se nao tivessemos telefone nao sei como teriamos conseguido falar com os reponsaveis.Mas ,deu td certo.

Nice functional apartment with easy access to restaurants and transportation. A few amenities such as laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent were lacking. Also as email contact was not available.

3 Tage Cape Town

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung waren sehr gut. Die Waterfront ist fussläufig in 20 min erreichbar. W-LAN ist aufgeführt ( wenn auch gegen Extra- Preis), funktioniert aber im Moment nicht und es wurde sich während unseres Aufenthaltes auch nicht darum gekümmert. Steht sicher nicht an erster Stelle, ist aber heute überall Standard. Dass wir die Wohnung schon um 10 verlassen mussten, damit gereinigt werden konnte, hat mich mehr geärgert. Ich hatte nach der Möglichkeit gefragt, bis 12 in der Wohnung zu bleiben, da unser Rückflug erst abends ging, leider gab es da aber kein Entgegenkommen. Alles in allem hält die Wohnung aber, was die Bilder versprechen.

We were very pleasantly surprised and at the quality and location of this apartment. We were within walking distance (across the street) to the beach front and walking path. During the days with nice weather, we even walked 20+ minutes to the V&A Waterfront. The hotel personnel were very easy to work with via Facebook Messaging helping us arrange transfer to the hotel and asking our many questions. Our family would definitely book this specific apartment again.

LOCALIZAÇÃO ERRADA!!

o apartamento é amplo e limpo, porém muito gelado. Haviam dois aquecedores que ficaram direto nos quartos. O ENDEREÇO E LOCALIZAÇÃO que constam na reserva estão ERRADOS, levamos mais de uma hora para achar, pois a RUA NÃO EXISTE!! No mapa aparece a duas quadras do WA Mall , mas na verdade são 40 MINUTOS a pé de caminhada. Foi mito frustante reservar em um lugar e descobrir que era em outro.SUPER FALHA DO HOTEIS.COM

Rent och fräscht på Mouille Point

Förutom att det var hur svårt som helst att hitta med den adressangivelse som fanns (tips - leta efter Beach Road 155, så ligger huset med namnet "Rhodora" strax innan!!), så var det en fräsch lägenhet i ett vanligt bostadshus. Vi trodde det skulle vara ett apartmenthotell, men så var inte fallet. Lägenheten var välutrustad och det gick att laga mat i pentryt. Fint kaklat badrum med två duschar. Frukost fixar man alltså själv och det är rätt långt till närmaste livsmedelsaffär - bil behövs. Vi bodde lite väl långt från Waterfront, där shopping och restauranger finns, men det berodde på att adressen var förvirrande och att det var längre bort än vad kartan visade. Vi hade också otur med vädret för en natt var väldigt dimmig och då ljuder Hesa Fredrik hela tiden fram till morgonen = mycket svårt att sova.

O espaço é ótimo, localizado em frente à praia, com uma bela vista, embora esteja no térreo do prédio! Internet wi-fi é ok O único problema é o endereço cadastrado no anúncio não é o mesmo do local, o que era uma certa confusão com Uber/Taxi.
