The breakfast selection is great, you can get tasty mini Unagi bowl. Love the onsen with both indoor and outdoor options and also sauna as well.

Room was clean, staff was helpful, however, we need to walk at least 20 minutes to the Nagoya station.

The hotel is easily accessible from the subway station. The property has everything you need for a place to just sleep. We chose this property because of the close proximity to a venue for a big family gathering, we stayed as a family of three including a one year old toddler. We appreciated that the shower/tub was separate from the wash room. Mind you that this area is in the entertainment district of Nagoya so there is plenty of people walking around late at night.

the staffs at this hotel are top notch. So helpful and gracious. The traditional japanese breakfast was the best I've had anywhere. Thank you for the memorable stay.

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is an older hotel but absolutely blew us away with the room and service provided. The room was huge, had everything plus more. The room service was top notch and housekeeping A grade. As foreigners who couldn’t speak Japanese we’d like to thank the hosts of this hotel for your utmost patience with us.
