"Could have been better - I did not find staff particularly welcoming or at all informative at check-in. I was not informed that if you don't ask for your bed to be made daily, it won't be. One day I waited way too long for the elevator to stop on the 16th floor and ended up taking the stairs down. I don't believe the pool was open for any day while I was there. It was "under maintenance.""

"I booked the East hotel through Hotels.com. I cancelled my stay because a colleague got bed bugs from staying there for work. I was charged for my room and a still fighting to get my money back. It so frustrating to be out 9?34 $1000 but I will continue to fight. "

"East check-in. Front desk staff were friendly and called when your room is available. Walking distance to Bayside Market."

"Everything was good, the only things I would suggest would be to upgrade the bathrooms a little bit and to have the resort have a night life. Example- silent party with headphones, comedy night , sip and chat things that won’t be too disturbing to other that don’t like noise. It will give the guest that don’t like to leave the resort something to look forward to on certain nights or rainy nights."

"A wonderful property in the heart of the Brickell District. Literally a few steps from excellent restaurants as well as an inhouse restaurant and bar. The pool and fitness center is on the 20th and heated and has a spectacular view. The rooms have a beautiful highrise view of the Cityscape and compact clean rooms have the most Comfortable beds ever. A beautiful cocoon. The lobby and bar area have ample seating with plenty of comfortable couches and tables. We will try and stay at a CitizenM Hotel whenever available. "
