Hotel Aziza Thalasso Golf - Adults Only (à partir de 16 ans)

8/10 Good

"Si vous faite partie d'un tout inclus on vous donne beaucoup d'attention et de service, mais si vous êtes en demi pension comme ils disent ont vous ignore pour le service ,on vous surveille voir si vous avez payé vos repas comme si on étais des personnes malhonnêtes . Mais pour le service au chambre très bon service et les personnes a l'accueils aussi. Malgré cette inconvénient nous avons passé 2 belles semaines"

Dar Hammamet Guest House & Hammam

8/10 Good

"The property was beautiful. Morning staff were respectful and helpful. The checkin manager was not helpful at all. The property is around 200 meters away from where th car reaches and no one helps you with luggage, it’s not mentioned in the listing. No one is at thr property after 5 and no response to messages. Royal suite had 2 beds and one comforter and when asked for extra comforter, no one replied. It might be acceptable for the region but international travellers are used to better customer service and that clearly lacks here. Property was immaculate clean, terrace was excellent. Spa hardly existed. Coffee is 4USD and you have to make it yourself unlike it’s provided free in any hotel. In short it’s Pricey for what you get."

Royal Tulip Korbous Bay Thalasso & Springs

8/10 Good

"We visited end of October. So colder season yet the outdoor pool wasn’t heated. The indoor thalassotherpay was extra charge which would be fine except it didn’t give you access to all amenities. You had to pay for every single thing rather than one entry that covers the whole stay. The entry was timed as well. And no discount for hotel guests. Location very secluded. Nice in a way but also Ken’s you are stuck there with not much else to explore. Walking/ hiking outside the hotel didn’t seem an option despite the lovely nature surrounding it. Not sure I would recommend for sightseeing like us but I can see how it’s a nice retreat for locals from the capital who escape for the spa and ambience."

Hotel KHELLA

8/10 Good

"If you want to stay in a central location, this one fits the bill. It is an older hotel with no elevator and overpriced for what was provided. From the moment we walked in, we had several issues...we waited 10-15 min just to be able to get into our room and it was after check-in time when we arrived. Then we got to the room after a very hot trip from Tunis and wanted to shower, but there were no towels in our room. We called down and they told us they would be brought up soon. We had to call again and waited over an hour to receive towels which should should have been a basic thing in the room. We also had no blow dryer provided and apparently there was only one in the whole hotel, but two days later they bought some new ones. We also had to ask for more toilet paper and our rooms were never cleaned over three nights. There was also no water or basic bathroom toiletries provided in the rooms which seems crazy to me at $100 a night. Staff, particularly the women, were none too friendly or helpful. There was also a definite language barrier, so don't expect English. The highlight was the breakfast that was included. Was disappointed all around."
