「El aire de la habitación que nos tocó lamentablemente estaba dañado no enfriaba nada y goteaba. Gracias a Dios los chicos de la recepción después de revisar que en efecto no funcionaba y luego de darnos un ventilador para dormir con eso se apiadaron de nosotros y no cambiaron de habitación. 」

「Everything was excellent. Spa prices are too exorbitant. Plus you didn't have any male masseurs. Food was fantastic and the ambiance was so good. Would go back again」

「The staff was helpful, friendly, and just overall incredible. Our room was great and even came with it's own small private pool! Speaking of pools, the pools, common areas, and facilities on the property were great. The all inclusive food and drinks were the only set back here- they just weren't very good. Thankfully, the restaurants on the marina made up for it. It's worth paying extra for the great food because every single restaurant was delicious!」
