Nice and pleasant personnel but some of them need to learn a few basic English words associated with the hotel industry. They wanted to charge something that they shouldn't, but the manager apologized and put things right (for a difference from Expedia). But for that, I had to write to Lecci in Italian. Communication is the weakest point.

Family trip to Altanea Carole

The check in was a bit complicated, you need to look for an office some 10 minutes away from the apartment. You were not able to play with balls and other fun stuff in the pool area. It was extremely clean in the whole area. The transport around the area was well arranged with free bus. Easy with public transport to Carole.

Hallo, ich hätte mir eine Mikrowelle, einen Toaster und eine Waschmaschine gewünscht. Wenn man mit kleinen Kindern unterwegs ist, muss man schnell etwas zum Essen erwärmen und dafür ist die Mikrowelle sehr geeignet. Da Urlaub am Meer und am Pool angeboten wird, sollte man auch irgendwie seine Schwimmkleidung oder allgemeine Kleidung waschen können. Ohne Waschmaschine lässt sich das schwer per Hand in die Tat umsetzen. Ich habe im Villagio Lecci gewohnt und dadurch, dass die Parkplätze nicht nummeriert sind bzw. nicht pro Wohnung gegeben werden, konnten wir Abends sehr schwer einen Parkplatz in der Anlage finden, da zum Teil auch Besucher der anderen Gäste ihre Autos in der Anlage geparkt haben. Das linke Tor vom Villagio Lecci war non stop geöffnet, daher haben auch Fremde, die nicht in der Anlage gewohnt haben, geparkt. Fand ich persönlich nicht gut. Ansonsten war ich persönlich mit dem Ablauf vom check in bis check out und den sehr netten Mitarbeiterinnen /Mitarbeitern von Angenzia Lampo sehr zufrieden !!!! Alles ruhig, alles sauber, so wie ich mir das im Urlaub vorstelle und erwarte! Ich werde Sie weiterempfehlen und ich werde nächstes Jahr wieder kommen !!!! Grazie Agenzia Lampo! VIelen Dank Expedia !

Wir hatten eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss, welche sehr sehr hellhörig war, zu Wohnungen auf der gleichen Ebene sowie nach oben. An die Anlage grenzt die Verbindungsstraße nach Duna Verde, während unserem Aufenthalt war es eine stetige Lärmbelästigung.

Die Anlage war nur mit einem Zugangscode betretbar. Das Appartement war sauber und alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Da es schon Nachsaison war, sinď wir fast alleine im Haus und am Strand gewesen!!!!! Deshalb war es auch sehr ruhig!

Nette een beetje gedateerde accommodatie.Goed zwembad zee op loop afstand Nadeel er zijn maar 4 restaurants op het hele terrein Caorle is gezellig maar je hebt echt een auto nodig
