「The pool area was so well stocked with comfortable chairs, sofas and cushions. The pools were very clean and nice. The staff was so very friendly and the breakfast was a full brunch, which also was excellent. A very nice place to stay in Fernie.」

「This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a terrible smell that made it obvious the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The entire room felt dirty, run-down, and neglected. The bed wasn't even made properly, which immediately made us question whether the linens had been changed at all. 「Hotel was very nice and clean. We were there at the end of May/start of June so understandably it was the off season. So, limited options for food on the property. The pool was great and hot tub was nice and hot but the jets didn’t work. Overall we did love it there and will definitely be back to stay.」
