"Our room was pretty clean and the AC was working and comfortable. The outlets on the kitchenette did not work and no response from the text I sent. I would suggest a coffee table or a small table and chairs so you can eat with out having to sit on a bed. We had some very noisy families but that is not fault of the property - just know the tipis are pretty close together. River Road is rather noisy - so just know that going in. All in all we enjoyed our stay. "

"The quality of the room is what is expected for the river. We had just arrived at the room and turned on the tv in the living room and a couple of minutes after turning it on, we heard a pop and the tv stopped working. Called to have it looked at because I was thinking it might cause an electrical fire. Went to the event came back turned on the bedroom tv and "

"It was a basic cabin that could have been cleaner but wasn't terrible. I thought it was gonna be a lot more secluded but it's in the middle of a tight group of cabins and RV spots, so there's not much of a view and definitely no real privacy unless you're inside. "

Just wanted to have a nice getaway for our anniversary, and look forward to time away from the to-dos of home and busyness of a life with young kids, and this was just what we needed! Darrin and Keith are so kind, friendly and exceptionally hospitable. The breakfast was out of this world, and the attention to detail was terrific. They listened to everything, were attentive to our needs and also gave us plenty of space. We will definitely be back, and will be telling everyone we know to book here and book DIRECT! "
