White Water condo's was above and beyond our expectations!!! Very Cozy,quaint and romantic!!! We had a wonderful weekend! Definitely will come back!!!

Amenities suck.

Only 3 towels for 9 people. Only one roll of paper towels. Roaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Big kitchen but only 2 burner stove. Limited kitchen utensils. Great location though. Beautiful view.

I thought my room would have a balcony but i was wrong. The property set up is just weird. One of the beed room doors is attached to the neighbor's unit. You can hear literally every word and foot step from them. The only way it makes since to stay here is to rent both units. But i travel alone for business and thats not practical

Super dirty and not well maintained

I will preface by saying we received a full refund. We did not stay in the rooms they were too dirty - we left upon inpection. We paid $300+ per night. Rooms were filthy with vomit behind the toilet, hairs all over the beds (on sheets). Boogers wiped on walls and months of crud and dirt on baseboards. The room looks like it had not been cleaned in months. Everywhere we looked was an issue. 1. The slider doors did not lock. 2. Missing smoke detectors 3. Bath towels did not match, (3 different colors). Looks like the towels were just thrown together. 3. Remote controls for Tv's did not work. 4. We found dead bugs throughout the room. 5. light bulbs in rooms were burnt out. Overall, this room was sad and depressing. My wife and kids literally begged me to leave in the middle of the night. Unfortunately, the location is rural and we were forced to drive all the way into San Antonio in the middle of the night. This location does not have an office or person on site. Communications was a challenge.

Too Noisy

I rented the B cabin however if someone is staying in the A cabin they are attached by just a regular door that was in the bedroom of B but the kitchen of A. It was very noisy and the guests in A decided to cook fish and our whole cabin stunk. The cabin B is not worth the money. They should not rent B if guests are in A or rent them together

Whitewater Condo Stay

We had a good time. Condo could use more pillows and blankets. It was cold and more blankets would have been appreciated. Also walks are very thin. Could have participated in our neighbors conversations-you could hear everything!

Amazing family vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very nice from inside and the location next to the river was amazing (I wish it was summer). We dint do any water activity because it was cold. I would like to share a small list of item that I missed during my stay there (toaster, dish washing sponge, broom/mop, at least 3 pillows per bed, bin in each bedroom, baking pan atleast 2). Overall we loved it, very spacious, up to date, amazing nature watch from the balcony. We would love to visit again during summer. Thank you

Gorgeous property

Condo was very clean and comfortable.. location on the river amazing. Only problem we had was the wifi didn't work, so couldn't log in to stream our soccer match Sat morning.

Nice and clean and will stay again.

In Condo C everything was clean and well keep. In condo C the master bedroom has a door that leads into condo B(kept locked), and the light in condo B was on all the time and light came in around the door every night. The TV in condo B was left on and you can hear it really good. I text the owner but because it was late they weren’t answering the text, so we had to listen to it all night.

I loved the location on the Guadalupe River. The condo had everything you needed however there was a very unpleasant odor throughout the condo that the air fresheners just didn't take care of hiding. When I arrived, the code worked to unlock the door, but the front door did not lock, so I had to call and have maintenance come out to fix. The adjoining condo (Condo C) that I did not use that was used by another family, it was very noisy, or rather I should say that the family that stayed in that room had no etiquette for me being next door. It would be great if there was better insulation for when different guests rent each of those out at the same time.

The condo was clean, updated interior and appliances, and is in a great location. The walls are super thin so we heard everything the neighbors said and did - we won’t stay again for that reason. Privacy and quiet are necessities for us.
