"We stayed in a room with a pullout bed which was more like a torture device. Seems it had not been updated in a very long time. Also our TV never worked, water pressure went in and out. Not a good experience. We wont be back. "

"Light, cameras, action is the best way I can sum up my stay at the absolutely beautiful Sofitel hotel. The Sofitel is centrally located to Melrose Drive and Rodeo Drive, where you can eat and shop until you drop. I would be remiss if I didn’t get a warm and appreciative shot out to the Sofitel staff. From Endrique who welcomed us at the front entrance to Adonis who escorted us to our fabulous room, the entire staff made our stay worth while. Thank you to all."

"Not only was the facility excellent, the staff & manager were the highlight of this stay! They went out of their way to be helpful and supportive. I left my cell phone in the complimentary lyft ride from the Burbank airport and the staff totally jumped in to do whatever was needed in facilitating my cell phone return. Within 2 hours, cell phone restored, I was back to scheduled events. Would absolutely return for a stay."
