「A very good housing experience. The housekeeper keeps in touch with us by phone and text message. It is very convenient to check in. The hot water in the small swimming pool is very comfortable to soak, and the temperature is very comfortable! The environment is also very beautiful. It is indeed a quiet treasure in the downtown area!」

「This adults only hotel was geared towards relaxation no TVs no phones just harmony the lead staff member lisa was above and beyond accommodating wonderful place to get away and just relax very nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi perfect for a weekend staycation I will definitely be returning」

「I really enjoyed my stay at The Dive. The location was great for exploring both Palm Springs and Palm Desert, and the property itself was charming and full of character. A special shout out to Michelle, who was incredibly helpful and made the experience even better. There were a few things that could be improved. 「Great stay! Having a kitchen was handy, pool was nice, parking was easy and they provided bikes. Downtown isn’t walkable but that is nice! Shops nearby and $1 bus to downtown just outside the property or a short drive away! Would stay again」

「First room smelled like urine, second room was slightly better but did not feel as clean as it could be. Received random charges two days after my stay and was accused of smoking (I am literally 5 months pregnant). They reversed the charge but still extremely unprofessional and inconvenient. The pool ran out of towels. The family pool was full of moms popping bottles and not watching their kids despite a no glass rule at the pool. Overall it’s really unkept and lacks care.」
