「By far the worse place ! People RUN Rooms are dirty , old , bed sheets had cigarette burn , the sheets were wrinkle , it smelled like smoke , the tv didn’t work We booked desperately for our Ballon fiesta trip but I left the next night due to the smell and location Horrible ! Experience this place needs to get shut down」

「Well kept clean property. Breakfast and coffee were excellent. Had snacks for the early morning guests that were heading to the Balloon Festival. Only issue the charging ports for phones did not work well at all.」

「We had a wonderful stay! This was a last minute reservation with no regrets. The room was large and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. We had some travel plan difficulties and Damen stepped in quickly to assist us. We can say enough how much we appreciate his help. The cocktails in the bar were great! We would definitely stay again. The Balloon Fiesta was happening and we had exceptional views from our room!」
