"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My partner and I stayed here from Friday May 22, 2026 to Monday May 25, 2026. When checking in, we were hit with $50/day incidental fee. It would have been nice to know this before booking the room and had it displayed on the website. Next problem: went into the room, which was quite small. A/C was extremely loud, even on the regular fan speed. I couldn't even hear the tv at full max because of the A/C. I felt there wasn't a need to complain about this because when we were checking in, another couple wanted to move from their room because of the loud A/C so I figured all of the rooms had loud A/C so there was no need to move rooms.
Day 2, 3rd complaint: breakfast was horrible. No meat! Protein options were only scrambled eggs & hard boiled eggs. A lot of bread though: biscuits, bagels, toast and a machine to make pancakes but was confusing because a lot of guests had to ask the front desk to use it.
And the main complaint I have was our room was NEVER cleaned during this 3 night stay. Saturday morning I'll give a pass because we had the Do Not Disturb sign up until after 11am. But the next morning it was not cleaned, bed not made, no new towels & we had to go downstairs to get the towels even after calling for towels to come up but was never received. I was told the reason was they were short-staffed and only focused on people that were checking out."
