"The apartment we stayed in was very clean and the staff were helpful and courteous. The pool was lovely. The locatiin was great, very central and clise to restaurants, grocery store and shops. A quick uber ride to the hot springs. I woukd highly recommend Villas Fortuna Boutique Hotel."

"The rooms at this hotel were a perfect size. I liked that the bedroom was separate from the rest of the room and it had keys so you could lock it if you left with all your belongings inside of it. Everything seemed brand new. The only thing was I couldn’t figure out how to get hot water in the shower lol the only recommendation I would have would be to put a nightstand in the bedroom as there is nowhere to set anything. Overall, it was an excellent stay, very very clean nice location."

"The pictures on the website are misleading. The hotel rooms look nothing like the pictures. The towels were very dingy looking and very old. The bedding looked like it had been washed by putting it in a sink. The shower had grime in the corners and where you had to stand. there was no shower curtain so when you showered the bathroom floor would be a giant puddle when you were done. I pulled the blankets back the first night i was there and the top sheet had stains on it. I had to remove it from...
