"Wonderful stay for 3 days! Amazing staff. Loved the many options for breakfast. Bed and work area were great. The closest hotel to Bern’s main train station was a very important part of my stay. Only 5 minutes or less to walk to the down escalator!"

Every request we made was handled promptly, efficiently, and always with a gracious smile. "This hotel is not open! We arrived at the hotel in the evening, in the dark to find that it is closed for the foreseeable future. Hotels.com allowed us to book this and we had to get them to source alternative accommodation. Not happy or impressed. Book somewhere else "

"Clean room, polite and professional service, comfortable beds and good sized/clean bathrooms. Also, the hotel location is impeccable. I'm only giving 4 stars because: 1) the pillows were somewhat thin and not very easy to sleep on, and 2) there was an unpleasant odour at the front entrance to the hotel when we arrived and it stayed there for 2 days. Not sure what was causing it but I hope the hotel management takes care of it. Otherwise, excellent stay, I would come back to this hotel any time. "

"The building is amazing and has lots of parking places. the rooms and fitness facilities are a little bit outdated. But what I didn’t enjoy was the dinner experience, it took the waitress 30 minutes just to give me a menu and it seemed like she was paying more attention to French speaking customers and none to non French speakers. For the price I expected a better service"
