This is an owner rundown hotel. They have no Wi-Fi they have no elevator. I have a husband with a disability and we were expected to take our luggage up to the third floor on the exit steps. We did not stay there. We had to find another hotel in a very busy area we had we had actually to drive to another town to get into a comfort Inn.

It’s literally a crackhouse. There is no management. There are tenants selling rooms for cash. There were prostitutes in the lobby. That being said the customer service at Expedia was excellent. They had us a new room booked immediately at a safe location. This was like something out of a movie!!!

There are no employees, hotel operates by tenants. They only accept cash. No amenities didn’t even have clean towels or any shampoo. There are too many things to list. Hotel should not be listed on Expedia. Expedia refused to give me a refund. I’m extremely disappointed, they offered no help or credit to use towards another hotel.

The hotel was in disarray. The staff told me the hotel was just sold at auction and that I could not stay because water, power, and WiFi were actively being cut off. I received no help finding a replacement hotel and received no explanation of how they could t have emailed me that news before I arrived from out of town. I booked the hotel the same day I planned to stay and AFTER I left the hotel was still showing available room online and through the hotels.com app. Very frustrating experience that cost me 4.5 hours of lost time and money. That loss is valued at over 400 dollars
